PCOS, severe ovarian pain, fatigue

I was diagnosed with PCOS at 16. It has been four years since and for one year when I was 18 I was on the Ortho Evra patch. Because of mood shifts, weight gain, and depression (That I have been fighting for years) I went off the patch. I have stabbing pains that have woke me up in the odd hours of the night that are in my hip region about where ovaries would be. My period is random, sometimes once every four months, sometimes once every 6 sometimes not at all. Its been like this before and after I was on birth control. I just want to lead a normal life, I'm a 20 year old college student and my immune system is low, so i like to avoid pills and drugs because my rebound time back to normal health is stunted when I take synthetic medications. I'm also Native American and truly believe something natural would be better for me. What do i do for the abnormal periods, the back aches, headaches, fatigue and slight depression?
