pain not reducing after small accident

About a month back an Autorickshaw ran over my left foot. I went to ortho doc and he took x-ray, suspected a small fracture, but three days later told me that it is not a fracture.

But unless daily I take any anti-inflammatory drug like diclofinac etc.. neither the swelling goes nor the pain reduces. Can any doctor suggest me a remedy ? I continue to walk, do my daily chores with some difficulty.
Possibly it is an internal concussion or blood clot inside. Thanks in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Arnica and Ruta are mostly indicated in such conditions. You can try these in 30c potency thrice daily for 10 days.

please go for another radiographic examination to take a second opinion from another doc. its always safe.

sometimes a small crack may not be detected but this leads to swelling and pain.

with respect to homeopathic remedies, you can take ARNICA 200C and HYPERICUM 200C alternately every 12 hours. in any case, you should go for a bandage for some days and do not allow relative motion of the fingers for some days.

I also agree with the advice of dr. rishimba.
If there is fractur then symphytum-200 would also be used.
