Chalazion Cosmetic Damage

Hello, I just have a question. I have read many of the threads on Chalazions and would just like to get an opinion on what natural remedy is best after a Chalazion is already gone but your eyelid still looks impacted.

In my case the Chalazion was lanced by surgery and is definitely no longer present, however my upper left eye-lid where the chalazion was, still appears to be larger than normal.

Is There something I can take to cause my eyelid to perhaps 'shrink' back to its normal position like it was before the chalazion formed there? Basically I am trying to get my eye-lid back to normal so it matches my other eyelid.

I never had a chalazion prior to this one that was surgically removed.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Also, my eye-lid is significantly darker where the chalazion was, and I was just wondering if there is a homeopathic way to make that go away. Thanks.

Dear DiscipleX:
You can try with
STAPHYSAGRIA 6c, three pellets, twice every day.
SILICEA 12c, three pellets, once every day.
Take these remedies for a week. Report after this time.
Best regards

Hello Andres, and thank you for replying. Since I hadn't heard anything back yet, I went ahead and started with Silicea 30c, since that was what I saw advised on another thread started in regards to Chalazions.

Could you tell me what the STAPHYSAGRIA does, as I did not see it listed on the other thread simply entitled 'Chalazion'. Instead, they mentioned Silicea 30c followed by another medecine called 'Hepar Sulph.' I hadn't heard anything about STAPHYSAGRIA, but I will purchase it if you believe it will be helpful in my case. I started on the Silicea 30c on Wednesday, April 25th.

Please advise. Thank you for your help.

Dear Disciple X:
Sorry me, but I couldn't answer soon.
You can use both of these remedies.
Staphysagria is used to treat chalazions, blefaritis and another acute ailments in the eyes skin. It's used to the first stages in the chalazions.
Silicea is a deep remedy ans it's used to treat this tendence to produce chalazions and another skin ailments with or without suppuration.
Hepar sulphuris is used when we need to provocate a suppuration and drainage.
Best regards
Andrés

Yes it is correct that
Hepersulph
Silicia
Pulsatailla
Staphysagaria
are helpful in such cases. About Staph. dr. Boreick gives the following findings:

Eyes.--Heat in eyeballs, dims spectacles. Recurrent styes. Chalazæ (Platanus). Eyes sunken, with blue rings. Margin of lids itch. Affections of angles of eye, particularly the inner. Lacerated or incised wounds of cornea. Bursting pain in eyeballs of syphilitic iritis.
Moreover, It remains alway helpfull in these cases when the silicia has completed it work.

I would like to mention here another remedy to remove the bad affects of Cosmetics and i.e Bovesta-30c (3 drops thrice a day alternate with Staph.30c)

Just wanted to give you an update. I had taken the Silicea 30c for about 7 days, consuming two containers with 80 small pellits. After this, I began taking the Hepar Sulph, and the Staphysagaria each day kinda rotating between the two. At this point, I have consumed 1 container with 80 small pellits of Staphysagaria 30c, and Hepar Sulph 30c.

I had to special order the Hepar Sulph 200c, so I just purchased it today. I will begin taking it tonight.

So far the left eyelid where the chalazion was is still larger, and in fact, it seems to be draining what is an attempt for another Chalazion trying to form but so far to no avail...

Any Advise? Please let me know if there is something else I should do instead...

Thanks!

Dear DiscipleX:
The decission is yours, not mine. I recomended to take Silicea and Staphysagria, but not Hepar Sulph. Then you have chosen your way, please, don't ask to me for the results of another treatment I didn't give to you.
In my opinion, chalazions may be a predisposition in your case. If this is true, then you need a longer treatment: Silicea is a long distance remedy and need time to drain and dry your terrain. Staph can help you to fight against the skin and annoyed symptoms. But you need to follow with the treatment for a month -in the shortest prevision-. Don't be dissesperated and continue the treatment. If you stop, you'll lose your time.
Best regards
Andrés

Thank you Andres, I appreciate your response. I will do just that then. I am dropping the Hepar Sulph, and I'll stick with the Staphysagria and silicea. I will stay on it for another 3 weeks. (Its been one week already), and let you know how it goes. If you need pictures of my eye, I can send those as well. Thanks.

Hi Everyone!!! If You Have A Chalazion You Must Not Try To Pop It!!! Do Not Go See The Doctor Unless The Described Method Does Not Work!!! Buy Some Ginger In Its Raw Form At Your Local Grocery Store, You Will Find It In The Fruits & Vegetables Section, For about 5-10 Cents You Can Buy Enough!!! Take It Home Go In Front Of A Mirror, Slice The Ginger With A Knife And You Will Notice What Looks Like Water Left On The Blade, Sweep Your Finger Across The Side Of The Knife To Pick Up The 'Water' And Gently Apply It To The Lump On The OUTSIDE Of Your Eyelid, Make Sure You DO NOT Get Any Of The Liquid From The Ginger In Your Eye! I Had One Of these Things And I Heard Ginger Worked So I Tried This Method And In ONE Week, After ONE Application, It Was Completely Gone!! It May Take More Than One Application (If Its Really Bad, You Tried To Pop It, etc.) Please Be Careful, Remember Not To Irritate or Play With It Aside From The Treatment, It Needs To Be Left Alone! Good Luck!
