sudden weight increase

I am a really old member of this forum and this forum was a great help to me.I have a couple of problems like high bp and I have alot of stress and right now I also have cough problem. But since a long time I feel that when my bp is normal I fell very hungry and I feel like eating something thorugh out the day. There are some days when in the morning I wake up and I dont feel hungry for the whole day and some days I am really hungry.I dont eat any junk food only home cooked food. But even last year I gained more weight all of a sudden and then after that my bp used to shoot up and I had a stomach problem.I do alot of work thorough out the day.Now also this year suddenly I gained weight I know this because all my firends and relatives are saying I look more chubbier and fatter my current wieght right now is around 140-142 lb.My height is 5.4 and my blood presaure right now is normal same as my stomach problem.Right now I want to lose 20 ponds because before my weight was 120 and I also want to control my eating habbits and I also feel very very thirsty through out the day.Sometimes I also feel my face looks swellon and red.
Please suggest me something good.
Thankyou.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
One more thing I have pain in my knees and left heel.
