2 months old bad cold pls help urgently

my 2 moths old baby girl has got very bad cold. difficulty breathing, with white mucus . I think she got ear infection too . she is fully breastfed and feeding every 2hours. she's got red face rash aswell.
she can't sleep if i put her on bed but if i hold her upright on my shoulder she feels better. pls help what should i give her for immediate comfort

thanks for ur reply . i haven't got arsenic alb could we try something else instead as i am in uk and not that easy to get hold of medicine
also i have Ipecac 200 can i try that?
