25 Yr. Old Female w/Progressing Scoliosis

I was diagnosed with Scoliosis as a young girl. Since then have been in a number of car wrecks and have had 3 children...very close together. My back pain, back stiffness, hip pain and popping has all increased as time goes on. It is now starting to make it difficult to do daily tasks. And with 3 children 5, 4 and 2 years of age...it is very difficult.
Scoliosis is said to be permanent. There is no cure. But is there anything you could suggest?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Something I should have added. I am not sure if my scoliosis diagnosis and my Bipolar diagnosis are connected or not. But I have been told by scoliosis specialists...that it can cause all kinds of behavioural and physical symptoms that would otherwise not be associated with scoliosis.

I started seeing a certified counselor around 10 years old. I was put on Prozac and stayed on it for about 8 years. Them was changed to zoloft, paxil. I moved out and married. Was 19 by that time. Had a suicidial episode and after being in a mental hospital, was put on Zyprexa. It caused me to pass smooth out for hours. I took myself off of it. And have not gone back to a counselor or dr. for this since then. I have a very hard time controlling my temper. Then I have times were I am on top of the world, can do anything, everything is so high. Then hit bottom, become extremely paranoid, no more suicidal tendeancies in the past 3 years though). It is very hard for me to follow through.

What are your thoughts on this (scoliosis/bipolar)? And what would you suggest?
