Dear Sir,I am suffering from Azoospermia since my last test result 2 months ago. I have a son of 4 years now. My all hormone tests are normal. Scortal Sonography is normal.
Please advice medicine

You have been married in 2000 and got son on 2002 its mean your profile of semen analysis was upt to the mark so conception has done. and now the report reveals that you have nil spermatoza. Now could you tell me what happend in these years after birth of your first issue. Please Explain? is this due to side affect of any medicine or you have been operated or otherwise?

I was operated for Inguinal Hernia 6 months before marriage. 2 Years after marraige, I did have son. After that - no major illness other than spondalytis is reported, for which I am undergoing physiotherapy. I do not have problems during sex or with erections and ejacuations.

1) Syphilinium-1m (one dose after week no other medicine on that day)
2) Sulfanilamide-3x (if available in tablet form then 2 tablets thrice a day)
3) Damiana-Q 15 drops once a day.

If it not available in 3x then please try to buy in 30c potency. It is available in the market by Lemsor w.germany. in the mean time please start other medicine as advised.

I am using other medicines since last 7 days. Sulfanilamide-3x
or with 30c is not available anywhere. Sulfaniladium 6ch, might be available. Is it the same medicine. Or else give alternate medicine or let me know how and where in India I can get it

if Sulfanilamide is not available then please take PTK-40 (20 drops thrice a day in a little water) a product of Schawbe W. Germany. If it is not not available then please continue the other remedies already prescribed.

Yes you can take three. But when you will take Xray-200 one dose no other medicine one day before and thereafter. Please continue it for a month.

Dear Dr.,
I have been taking you medicines - PTK40 & Damiana Q (20 drops each) daily 3 times and X-ray 200 Once a week as explained since 20-6-07. Since last 1 week, I feel some reduction in erections, arousal and qty. of semen flow. Is it normal or dose some change is required.

I referred one doctor who adviced me for IVF. I want your opinion. Also, I was taking one medicine - Zintac (Ranitidine) for last 3 years for my acidic reflux problem. I have stopped Zintac since last 2 days, on doctor advice.
