My body id perfectly fine now, but i have noticed that my sperm count has reduced by half.

Try Selenium 30 ...three times a day for a week.
If you notice aggravation...stop.
Post feed back...in due course.

Depends upon size of the pill.

Small : 7 or 8

bigger: 5

Biggest: 3 pills.

If confused...upload a picture and keep an ear swab next to it...to compare size.

There were selenium multivitamins

Selenium is available is variosu form online.

30x and 30c....I think i should buy 30c but just want clarification about that.

30c potency sometimes simply are referred to 30. You can get it in 30c.

Selenium expected to bring imporvement in that also.

It acts as a tonic for hair also...where indicated.

My condition have improved considerably.
Should i further use medication or stop it.
