Right hand always cold/acne/uti/fatigue/constipated

I have been suffering from repeats of UTI for the past 2 months. Just a slight pain and discomfort after urinating, sometimes have some urine still left but only can release standing in shower.

I have somewhat of a burning sensation in the beginning of sex almost stinging.

Feel as if I have no energy to do anything... used to be so much in high spirit. But I can be very depressed instantly when thinking about my life and feeling that I have not accomplished much or have nothing to look forward to anymore. I don't feel much for anything... almost numb in feelings. Feel lost at times and don't know what my joys are anymore in life. Poverty aggravates me and makes me quite moody. Little things set me off. Easily irritated sometimes feel I have somewhat a bipolar personality.

My right hand is ice cold especially at night while my left hand is perfectly warm. My right side of my face has the most breakouts from acne and trying to find out why my right side is this way.

I have a hard time sleeping at night and can stay up until my whole self being is completely exhausted from staying up.

My bowel movements are very weak. I don't normal have smooth bowel movements daily but could take a few days maybe almost a week for something to come out or have that urge to go. I used a laxative herbal tea for movements but even that doesn't help me to go. Feel very backed up, bloated, constipated, very Gassy, and sometimes have a little bit come back up after trying to belch.

My back has minor breakouts and sometimes my chest... but my forehead almost is congested and have little impacted bumps that I have to extract with a needle to have it come out. And my right side of my cheeks and chin has breakouts. Someone told me I have a different strand of bacteria not the common P. Acnes that is causing my breakouts and making all my acne medication useless because it only kills the P. Acnes bactertia. Recommended me to take a topical solution 2% Erytromycin for it but don't have insurance to go to the dermatologist to prescribe this for me... said it kills all other bacteria. Nothing has helped.

Please help me find a remedy for all my problems. I feel like it has taken control of my life and I can't seem to enjoy it at all. I want to feel how I used to be before all these things occurred in my body. I cry at night asking myself if I should just give up since it seems endless for me. I want to be content but feel so hopeless because of all this. Please help...

I really would like to know why only my right side of my hand is very ice cold and have more active breakouts on my right side of my face... so curious on why this is occurring on me. Any thoughts about this?

I appreciate any help and advice. THANK YOU TO ALL!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I prefer a gap of atleast two weeks after taking Staph 1M.

Better to reasess the case after two weeks to see if Apis is still indicated, at that point of time.

Who knows..The symptoms may change and another medicine may be needed.
