help my son! please!

My son has classic autism. He's did not come up later in life, he was born with it. I remember when he was born, it was difficult to hold him b/c he constantly squirmed like an earth worm. He contantly spat up anything he ate and when he was 3 weeks old we had to do an x-ray of his throat to make sure there were no obstrucion. He hardly cried even when he was hungy. He would just stay in his bassinet untill you figure out that he might be hungry. He spat up all the time until he was a year old and was no longer on formula. He did not like drinking milk when he was one but only liked juice. We knew something wasn't quite right but we couldnot figure out what, we just concluded that he was a very quiet child. I was never sure if he knew me.

He is extremely hyperactive and shouts constantly. This very annoyings noise like ' eahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh h! for hours with a minutes of breaks. He laughs unctrollably without reasons just like he cries. He is constantly in a rocking motion and seeks deep pressure so he is constantly hitting hard against the couch. He is always holding his ears even when there is no noise. He only likes to eat crispy and chewy things. He is addicted to potatoes chips. I don't like the idea especially b/c of too much salt but he would go hungry many times. He is addicted to juices. He can live on that. He has never liked eggs. He did not used to eat any meat either but recently especially this week and last week all he would eat is chicken and chips. He refuses everything else. He loves fruits especially grapes and citruces. When ever he drinks orange juice, he would cry all night holding his stomach but he would oranges, tangerines, and grapes without nay problems. H e doesnot like the taste of water and it's difficult to give him any.

Recently, he has started bitting whenever he gets excited or anxious. He has bitten me with deep wounds twice and his little sister may times leaving marks. He constantly has his hand in his private area, itching even though he does not have diaper rash. He scratches his rectum and other private areas which causes a lot of bleeding. He itches his anus and sometimes cries b/c of the itches. Whenever he poops and his diaper is not immediately changed he eats the poop. anything that touches his hands goes into his mouth. He eats non edible things and terrible smells do not bother him. He does not like for his teeth to be brushed. He loves to twirl and he flaps his arms sometimes. He has no sense of direction so, when we take him out,we have to hold unto hime tightly if not he will just take off. He is very swift and does not take the time to figure out where he is or where he is going. He just takes off and he does not walk. He only runs.We have to keep the toilet locked at all times if not he goes in there drinks the toilet water. He has very short attention span and loves music alot.
Hope you can help. Badly need it Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Does he have any food allergies? I have a daughter on the specturm and she has severe food allergies that manifest in behavioral and autistic like behavior. She had terrible reflux as a baby, never cried when she was hungry - we had to move her crib into our room to listen for when she would move around at night looking for food. She would never cry for it, we just had to know.

Anyway, she has severe cravings and aversions to food like your son. Turns out she is very allergic to milk, soy, eggs and gluten intolerant. If she gets any milk, it's like she's a drug fiend! She gets erratic and violent behavior from drinking milk. It sounds like your son might have food allergies or sensitivities - a lot of kids on the spectrum have them.

Hope that helps some. I'm not a homeopath or anything and I know that's not an answer related to a remedy, but just some ideas to consider.
