Hypothyroid, Eczema, Chills

I currently have hypothyroid, eczema and get chills frequently/easy. The chills start on the scalp of my head and run down my spine...I think I have excessive
norepinephrine. If I take any cold or allergy medicine with ephrine my symptoms get worse. I notice if my chills decrease, my eczema decreases too.

Any advise you can provide would be greatful!!

I am thirsty if I eat salty foods

BP is usually low
I get chills, vasoconstriction, vasospasm, piloerection, that starts at my scalp and runs down my spine. Feels like my hair is standing on end. goosebumps occurs across my face also. Face has eczema on it. very itchy on jawline. If I take anything with ephedrine my symptoms get worse. Similar side effects as if I was on midodrine. Currently taking levoxyl for hypothyroid and allergy meds due to eczema. I sit a desk durning the day. No food restrictions. Facial skin problems cause me not to feel comfortable around people and can feel very fatigued at times. Quiet a bit of anxiety and tend to worry. Always have a running list of things to do.
