Hyperacidity Long term Solution Please....Dear, Sir
I am 42 year Old Man, I have diagnosed Acidity some time ago, I went through (2yearback) stress test it was normal
I have problem with
Hyperacidity. it give me Heartburn (Chest-upper mid left spot) and left hand under
arm burning sensation, when i am very Emotional angry or worry i had
problem with Anxiety but it is under control with Yoga and Meditation but some
time if i am alone or at Mall or watching movie. with big Volume it's appearing.
some time Hotwaterbath or Driving in the middle of the Heavy Traffic also create anxiety. once in a week some time
morning give me little giddiness
or sometime falling sensation
it is always fearful like i will be no more (going to die)...feeling
generally afternoon 11 to 1 i have always burning sensation... some time it is no
problem 3-4 days I stopped Spice and meat. onion etc.,
I walk 40 min everyday and do yoga basically i am calm but sensitive person.
But it looks Emotional as well Physical sudden mood change or anger causing
me a lot sometime.. Tab Sooktyn work well
it stop burning but i am looking for ultimate solution like everybody wants
Please let me know if you having Ayurveda or any other treatment or proper
Nutrition for long term solution I am out of India but i am going Soon..Please..... give me some Guideline
what can be done???

Try vinegar in water whenever you have an attack; a 90 yr old with chronic acid reflux ran out of Tums and I suggested she take a teaspoon of vinegar in half glass of water and she was amazed.
