Uable to fulfill marriage life

Through some sources i came to know about this forum, and want to share my problem with you
so that you can help me in better way.

I am 28 years. i got married 1 month ago. though i was not willing but due to parrents compelling i did married. i was not marrying due to my sexually weak situation.
i have been indulged in severe masturbation since my childhood till my marriage. you know the access of every thing
is bad, and this bad happens to me also but now when i realised it is too worst condition for me. The result
is that i get worst in my sexual power and since last month after marriage i find my self very ashamed. But i have
strong hope for getting best with proper medication and help of you guys.
some symptoms are as follow:
-during intercourse i had no firm errection, no strong hardness. The muscles of penis has become very weak.
-during intercouse, i get sensual arousal very early and cannot resist it and i just ejaculate within 10 seconds.
-the discharge of semen is in dribble way. not burst in discharge. i feel no such contraction in seminal vessle
while in semen discharge thats why the semen just dribbles out which i used to feel 4-5 years back when it bursts
out during ejacualtion while mastrubating. obviously the quantity has also become low.
-when i wakeup in morning i have semi erection also.

Please help me. situation is quite frustrated for me. it gets very upseting when someones wife says why you
stopped so early. i know i did wrong but now i also want to be like healthy person.

-i do not smoke, no alcohol etc.
-in other aspects i have average health.
