Neurogenic Bladder

My husband was recently diagnosed with this condition. he also has diverticulum ( balloons) off the bladder which is pinching his left ureter causing a back up into the left kidney which also apparently has a cyst in it. Apparently he does not empty his bladder when urinating and has retained amounts of up to 990ml. When he does urinate he goes about 3 hours in between and will void about 300 ml on average. he is a previous stroke victim with residual weakness on right side however this issue apparently began before his stroke . He has had related related IVP and Cystoscopy, Ultra sounds etc. Although he does have an enlarged prostate ( on Avodart for approximately 3 weeks) the urologist does not feel that this is the issue here. More that the bladder muscle is stretched out due to retention and incomplete voiding. He does not have a history of any urinary tract infections or stones. Advised treatment is self catherization mutiple times a day hoping that the bladder will shrink and the muscle will become stronger. He is extremely adamant that he will not do this and I don't blame him. Following the cystocopy he strained to pass urine, retained fluid buildup in anckles and had much clotting and blood for several days so began the liquid Arnica remedy as discussed in the forum with immediate relief and improved urine flow. He is still taking this sip 3 times a day.
I will list as best as I can his symptoms.
Urgency
Worse upon awakening in AM
Does not have sensation of fullness of bladder
Incomplete voiding of urine
Cannot urinate well at all if he takes any traditional cold (antihistamines etc)medication
Allergic reaction to iodine contrast dye
High Blood pressure
Very Occational edema in ankles more on right side than left
Irritability and lack of patience
I am sure that there are others, some of which are stroke residual and I am unsure as to how detailed I need to be.
Hope that someone reading this post can give some advise. I have gone through other postings but sometimes the remedys suggested are not the same for very similar symptoms. Thanks

4-6 pills three times in a day

2. Solidago V Q 10 drops three times in a day with 1/2 cup of water

Advise to continue the allopathic medicine for High Blood pressure.

Thank you Dr. Sharma for your quick reply. I have reviewed the symptoms from the Materia Medica and he does indeed have several related- exp. cold extremities, dislike of cold liquids, and a few others not as remarkable. should he also continue the Arnica?
Also I am a bit rusty on the dose of 6ch. Please explain? I am planning on ordering the remedys from this site using the links provided.
