I am male aged 30
now i have a) insomnia/stress/depression
(b)i am having depression
c) sexual life is affected,
c) easily get apprehended
i was/am being treated with medcines like sulphur/staphysagria/ph acid/and there is some improvement
Can some doc give some email id so that i can explain in detail my constitution/my habits and get some advice

i feel weak after sex(due to excess of mastub of the past), ,sleeplessness ,head and eye burn,
hunger, acidity, sides of head aching and head is burning,
I was treated with medicines like sulphur,arg nit,staphysagria, phos acid , and some improvement is there
I have a problem of itching and head burning after i shave and doctor suggested cantharis 30 for it, i think cantharis lowers sex vitality
i see some people suggested confido himalaya drug, there are also drugs like viagra etc
What is the better suggestion /drug in general by doctors in my case
I am currently using allopathic medicines for these anxiety problems for some time and some improvement is there , but some of these drugs are having side effects as Erectile dysfunction/loose motions

homeopathy does have good medicines for my case.
i have tried ayurvedic medicines and there are signs of improvement
medicines like the following for symptoms similar to mine may be be useful
herbal /ayurvedic medicines->mentat /geriforte from himalaya company and also aswagandha along with milk is useful
all these medicines should only be taken under medical advice
some of the mind symptoms are treated with long term usage
