Not ovulating - no menses

Diagnosed with PCO in Jan 2006. Only 3 periods in 2006 with 60 days inbetween, spotting during the summer.
In september of 06 I started taking Metformin, in November I took thyroid medicine and clomid. December - Feb (metformin, thyroid medicine, clomid - ovulated with ovidrel)
Feb-May - Acupuncture and herbs
Last period: March 2007.
Past: Started B-pill at age of 18. Stopped November 2005.
No pregnancies
No blockage in tubes
Normal thyroid levels
Excess hair growth on body and face
Height 5'10'
Weight 64 kgs/140 lbs
Has a sweet tooth
No access thirst
No diabetes in family
3 yeast infections in past 12 months
Planning on going back to artificial reproducting technology as herbs, acupunture, diet and excersize has not changed my cycles (makes me feel better though)

I have read a bit about Thuja and Folliculinum [sp].

I would like recommendation for starting to ovulate so I can get my menses. Are obviously trying to concieve.

Any cause which you feel for this ailment?

When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)?
How sleep, how are your dreams?
Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings?
What medications have been taken earlier?

Describe your main suffering and from how long? Hormonal imbalance causing anovulation and amenorrah
Exact location?
Any cause which you feel for this ailment? Trying to conceive but not able to due to no ovulation or irregular cycles.
What other physical sufferings do you have in your body? Tall, skinny, and quite hairy. Small chest. Got my period very late so I think I am 'under developed' or did not get enough female growth hormones as a teen.
What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? Lack of sexuality - libido low at times. Envy and jealousy ofother pregnant women. Dispair.
When did it all start? After stopping b-control pills in nov 2005
What are the things which aggravate or amliorate your suffering? When husband does not understand the feelings I am going through.
When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather? Love hot dry weather. Generally a cold person.
What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? Lots of fruit and chocolate. Try hard to stay away from art. sugars. Love bread.
How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? Less
How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? Normal to excessive. I eat a lot but also burn alot.
How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)? Bowel movement after almost every major meal. Usually a bit constipated but varies wih the amount of carbs I am eating.
How sleep, how are your dreams? I sleep through nights. Strong dreams but generally good in nature. Often recurring dreams.
Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? Lately I have had cramping in my uterus and ovary area. Maybe my period is on its way.
What medications have been taken earlier? Clomid, Synthroid, Metformin, chinese herbs, vitamins & minerals.
How do you look like (Appearance (fat, thin, smart, tall, lean etc)? Tall, thin or lean.
If your are female how is your menstrual cycles and from how long (normal, irregular, painful, clotted, colour etc.) Period lasts about 5-6 days with good flow and good bright red color. Usually not painful and not clotted. Somewhat brown at the end of the cycle.
Family history - What major diseases are running in your family? Epilepsy
Any other information?
Dry itchy scalp and skin generally dry.

2) Sepia-200 (5 pellts or 5 drops) one dose after four days ag night
3) Folliculinium-30 (3 drops per dose, thrice a day.

Please come up after a month.
