Mascular dystrophy

Age 18 years
Male
physical problem: He can not stand on his own. Walks on phalanges.Heel does not touch ground. This problem started at the age of 10. He looks healthy and robust. Rt leg is comparatively 1" thinner than Lt leg. A twin baby by birth. The other twin died at birth.Studied upto 8thSTD.He has a cock gait.

diagnosed as Muscular dytrophy of calf muscle.
Please suggest suitable medicine.

come up with new thread and full detail. Is this by birth or after birth? It is a challenging case. be hopeful.

Thanks for your reply.

It is not congenital.This deformity has developed just 8-10 years back. What is your opinion about (Lathyrus) (Refer Boerick Meteria Medica)

Without know the factual position how I could suggest remedy. Lathyrus is meant for dystrophy of muscles also but it is subject to the symtoms of the patient.
