Scar/keloid

A girl aged about 11 at the age of 8 she fall down on floor near to a pillar and her right cheek was cut by a sharp edge of pillar.She was treated in hospital and cut portion had to stich.After her cure and healing of cut portion.It is seen that the area is high up like a earth worm on her stiched area and still that has enlarging.Please suggest me medicine to remove scar/keloid from her cheek.Thank you

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am treating a similar case. The girl was immediately taken to a plastic surgeon after the accident.

Despite all the care taken, the keloid did form, and I tried thiosinamimum with little effect.

Aloe gel too is tried, but the improvement is minimal, if any.

I think it is very difficult to clear keloids that form after surgery, through internal medications, external applications.

I too am keen to know whether any one is succesful in removing keloids through medication.
