which potency

if if for example i have a sports injury and arnica is the chosen remedy will using a higher potency of 200c or 1m get better and faster results or will using 6c or 30c get better and faster results and also some homeopaths only advise taking 1 dose of the remedy as it goes on working in the body where as others say take several times a day until better , what is correct

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Use a single dose of 10M first in sports injuries. That works fast.

In case the pain is lingering, repeat the same potency in split water doses.

split water doses , does this mean put one pellet in water and shake and then 1 sip = 1 dose so how many doses can i safely take if pain still lingers

also could you tell me which online stores supply 10m potency to public as the ones i have seen only allow up to 1m any advise appreciated

if 10M is not available, you can take 1M.

You are right about split doses. Shake the bottle vigorously before each dose.

You can try a maximum of 6 doses,spaced over two days.

Have you not heard of Helios Homeopathy in the UK?
They will most definetely mail you a 10M.
