Alumen 3x is not supplied anywhere in my city. Only Alumen 30 (liquid form) was available, so I got that. So will there be any change in the dosage due to the change in potency? Or should I mix 2 drops in 2 sips and take it three times a day as you advised before?

Hope you are doing well. I am feeling much better than before. There is no more pain or uneasyness from Fissures or Fistula. Neither is there any burning sensation while or after BM. The stool is generally soft.

I would like to thank you for really being so helpful and curing me from this pain and agony. May God bless you and all your near and dear ones.

There is just the physical existence of the fistula which has reduced a bit but is still there. What shall i do so that it is completely cured.

As of now I am continuing your magical Joe Therapy and Nux Vomica 6c 4-5 drops is half cup water after dinner.

Please suggest future course of action to completely cure and get rid of the physical existence of the Fistula.

I have tried everywhere, but unable to get Alumen 3x. If I order online, it will cost me 25 times more than what it will cost in my city. Also, it will take a minimum of 3-4 weeks to arrive. :(

My pharmacist told me Alumen 30 is the same medicine, only with a higher potency. I was also told that Alumen is usually prescribed for Constipation. Let me assure you that I do not have any problem of constipation.

So now the crux of the matter is that I only have Alumen 30 with me at present. Should I take it or not? Pls advise what to do.

Your pharmacist is way of the track. Potency is the one that makes a difference. Alumina is the remedy for constipation, not Alumen.

It is your responsibility to get the the remedy with the suggested potency.

Please don't drag me into these stupid Q's as I am a very busy person. I can only go so far with your unnecessary statements.

I only told you the practical problem that I am facing in procuring Alumen 3x. It is not available anywhere in my entire city. Pls don't get upset. It is something which is not in my hands.

it was constipation i think. stools were not soft and i felt a lot of pain while and after BM. today it seems like the old days. lot of pain and cant sit even for 5 mins.
there seems to be some pain going in the nerves towards the legs too.

i took hyperc200 in the miorning and now i took ruta200c as you had suggested after 1 hr of breakfast. nothing else.
last night i took calendula200 before bed time and i have sytopped nit acid since yesterday
