Thank you for your support. I took Sulphur 200 dose now and I will take callendula 200 and Hypericum 200 after 4 hours and report you the status.

hi nawzaz and other doctors on the forum..
i desperately need some help and i have high hopes form you . i have been suferring from anal fissure since oast 7 months now and finally discovered this forum.

i have been to several homeopaths here but no one has been able to cure completely.

HISTORY:
this happend 7 months and i think the fissure came because of following:
* drining too much wine with cheese and also eating spicy food.
i had this probelm first 10 years ago but went away in few months and now only aftwr 10 yrs its back.

so far i have had following homeppathy medicie:
* nitric acid 200ck -- NO RELIEF
* hypercieum 200 for pain.. -- WORKS ONLY ONCE IN A WHILE

* 3 days ago my homeopath put me on RATANHiA 200c but no relief either.

PROBLEM:
severe pain after BM in the morning that stays for whole day or some times for few hours depending on the BM i have.
when the Fissure came, there was blood for 3-4 days in stools but after that there is no blood or pus .

last few months problem has been severe .. so bad that i could not even get up but now i would say its 60% better but the healing has stopped. the fissure wont completey go away .:(

i'm taking NAT PHOS 6x 3 times to have soft stools . it workd for a month but now not as much.


please please please help me!

my current medication:
Ratanhis 200c x 3 times a day
&
nitric acid 200c only in the afternoon after meal

i was told to mix 5-6 drops in 1/2 cup water and mix it vigrously and drink it.

previosuly i was taking only nitric acid 200c 3 times a day but that is not helping.
shd i continue this medication ?

i'm not sure if its fissure.. i went to the doctor for a physical and he looked and could not find any cuts on the outer side and he said it cud be fissure.

earlier there use to be lot of swelling on the outside but now its not there. pain hapens in the INSIDE OF THE rectum after BM..
i alsp want to point out that i eat pan masala some times and smoke 1-2 times a day not more.

I took 1 dose of Sulphur 200C in the morning and after 4 hours I took Calendula 200C, Hypericum 200C once doese each.

Current sittuation:

Burning in the anal reduced its almost zero now.
Pain is very less.
swelling is still there and reduced a bit.
No PUS or Blood discharge.

But today I am having hell of problem with acidity. (Burning at throat and at chest)The ENO fruit salt which I took in the morning gave me relief for couple of hours after that the acidity is back, I am in a situation where even taking water is becoming difficult today.

I skiped breakfast today because of this acidity and I just had 1 weet roti and 1/2 cup of rice with veg leaf curry now.

Dear Nawaz,

I took soo much water today as my chest and throat is burning which made me vomit and water coming back to mouth in the morning. After that I did not have any nausea feeling I had acidic burbs till evening. The acidity is reduced now a bit and feeling comfortable. I did not had any hiccups.

And Sir, It seems I am catching up with cold today, from the afternoon I am having running nose and continues sneezes.

Thank you for your support, The pain and burning reduced today I am comfortably able to walk sit sleep. No pus or blood discharge and I noticed the swelling is coming down. however the inside bubble in the top side of fistula track is still hard.
unfortunately even after the pain reduced today was not a good day for me. I was feeling drowsy since the evening and severe joint pains, especially in the knee joints I have terrible pain. its may be because of the cold effect, lack of sleep yesterday and traveling on the 2 wheeler I did in the weekend. I am going for bed now hopefully I will be okay by morning.

Today I took sulphur 200 1 dose, callendula and ruta 1 dose each. No other medicines I took today.

from tomorrow I will start the dose of Nux Vomica 30C, and update my situation.

No, I would like to suggest to take only Ratanhia 200c for the time being.
You may also take NP 6X, if the constipation and hard stools are there?
