Dear Nawaz,

I am sorry that I didn't mentioned about this, As you already reviewed about yesterdays nights situation. The pus color which drained yesterday night is light yellow and its about 10 drops. and a couple of blood drops at the same time. and after that no pus or blood discharge.

The swelling is reduced a lot, I just have the swelling at the top side of fistula track where I feel a internal bubble inside and its about 1 1/2 inch long.

Ok, let's take BV Q, 3 doses per day at 9:00AM, 1:00PM and 5:00PM.

Calendula 200C, 1 dose per day when you get up, empty stomach in the morning.

Hypericum 200C, 1 dose per day (Twice if required), at bed time at night or whenever needed.

Please stop all other remedies Vik2k12.

Dear Nawaz Sahab,

Happy to report that there is no bleeding, no pain, no pus, no itching, no constipation at present. But there is usually itching in the morning when I wake up, just before BM. The fistula/abcess seems to be healing, but at a slow pace.

The other symptoms which I described earlier of an increased urge to urinate etc. have start just about two weeks ago. Are they in any way related to the remedies I'm taking?

Today morning, I had a BM, solid and loose. No pain, no itching no constipation.

Pus was nearly unvisible, yellowish light diluted.

The thing with BO is that you can not smell your own odor, but I think that yesterday it was a bit worse than other days. It is a bit hard to quantify this issue.

I already stopped taking BV Q three days ago, as per your instructions. You asked me to take Alumen 30 for four days, so I am taking that only. Today is the third day of Alumen 30.

Pls clarify what exactly is 'one dose of Sulphur 200c'. How many drops in two sips of mineral water? I am assuming that this Sulphur 200C is in liquid form. I will buy it today.

I have Calcarea Sulphurica 12x also in my stock.

update on my situation today.

I started taking the remedies exactly as you suggested from today morning.

I had some pain when I was going to sleep yesterday night, And when I woke up in the morning the pain and swelling increased. The pain was around the swelling and fistula track, that pain was bearable. As the day continues the pain got reduced and now I am feeling comfortable (Little pain). Swelling also reduced.

I took BVQ 3 times (at 9 am, 1 pm, 5pm), Callendula 200 at the time I woke up. and I will have hypericum 200 at night when I go for sleep.

Diet I had today:
Morning, I had veg cheese sandwich, and Roti with Toor Dal in lunch.

Sir, I still feel that I did not described about my swelling and bubble inside the track properly. So I am giving a try again.

I am having swelling all the time around the Bubble like thing in the top side of the Fistula Track.
I am not sure whether I am using right word 'Bubble' to explain the situation or not.
The bubble that I am reffing to is between the Fistula track and Testicles. The bubble is about 1 1/2 inch long.
The bubble means I feel like there are 2 to 3 match sticks inside area just below the skin. it is very hard as hard as match stick.

Ok, Nawaz Sahab, will take one dose of Sulphur 200C asap. Just wanted to inform you that I will be travelling soon & may not have access to the internet for a week or two. So pls advise me what medicines I should take for the next two weeks.

Tomorrow will be the 4th day of my taking Alumen 30. Pls advise what medicine to take after that. Just to remind you, I am currently not having any bleeding or pus or pain etc. The fistula area is usually dry but sticky at times.

Today i had thym and cucmber with bread for breakfast, chicken and coleslow for lunch.
Pus was light yellowish small particles and 2 big dark yellowish mucous/sticky big particles. At dinner it was bright yellowish liquid form.

Just want to update you that just before now, I had BM and couple of drops of pus dicharged (Light yellow). after that I am feeling much better.

I had this pus discharge yesterday ( Wednesday ) at 10 PM IST while having BM. No bolood discharged at that time and pain was a little higher than the normal pain. I took BVQ 3 times (at 9 am, 1 pm, 5pm), Callendula 200 at the time I woke up. hypericum 200 before going to bed.


Now (Thursday 1 PM IST)everything is looking good. No severe pain/bleeding/pus from the morning.
I am continuing the remedies as suggested.

Today is the last day of the Alumen 30 dosage which you instructed. Pls advise whether I should continue to take it or you want to change it?
