Dear Nawaz Sahab,

I have been taking 1-2 drops of Alumen 30 in two sips of water. One dose per day for the last nearly two weeks. Although the fistula is not giving me any pain and there is not much discharge or swelling at present, I want to tell you that it is still there. It has not gone. It seems to be shrinking in size, but very slowly.

I will definitely give a good feedback in the link you have given. You are doing a marvellous job of helping people here. May God Bless you :)

I would like you to stop Alumen 30C for the time being. Please continue with Calendula only.

Also, avoid all pus forming foods, stress, constipation and over eating.

Update on todays status.

My fistula problem is getting better and better. Today swelling reduced a bit, No severe pain or burning. no pus or blood discharge.

And about the acidity problem, today I started with little bit burning in throat and chest. it was all the day. I started taking Natrum Phos 6X dose from today. I will keep updating the status of my acidity condition in regular basis.

Remedies I took yesterday(Monday):
1 Dose of Callendula 200, 1 Dose of Ferrum Phos 200, and 1 Dose of Hypericum.
Today (Tuesday): 1 Dose of Callendula 200, 1 Dose of Ferrum Phos 200, 1 Dose of Hypericum and 3 doses of Natrum Phos 6X.

Food I took.
Yesterday Monday: Dosa in breakfast, Chapati with Ridge gourd curry in lunch, and roti with Okra curry in dinner.

Today Tuesday: Upma(made with Semolina) in breakfast, Roti with mix veg curry, and cup of curd rice in lunch and chapati with bottle guard curry in dinner.

Based on your reply, i got below medicines yesterday. I started to use these from yesterday night onwards.

About my fistula status:
Yesterday night I saw my fistula looks like a bubble. That bubble looks like pink color. Today morning the bubble size is reduced half of the size. Just now I saw some pus is discharge from there. First two drops are little bit yellowish and white. After 3 drops its looks like watery. After that I pressed there again, this time 2 to drops blood came. Blood color is red.

By the by, you are suggested some other medicines to further use. But here I asked about Alumen 3x, instead of that they said, they have Alumen 6. And one more thing can I take these medicines as a pallets or liquid form?

So please let me know your suggestions on this.

Alumen 6 will not work. You must get Alumen 1x,2x,3x,4x,5x or 6x.

Good evening.
Quick update about todays(wednesday) sittuation.

I had pain free day with regards to fistula problem, however I noticed a couple of drops of blood (5 to 6) drops of blood discharging from the bubble in the topside of fistula track and also I see 4 to 5 drops of thick light yellow drops discharging while I was having BM in the night. after this i noticed the swelling reduced. and not just this 4 to 5 drops of pus while bm, I feel lot of pus discharging all the day because I am noticing sticky material at the woond place whenever I go to washroom. as i reported earlier this is not just today its happening daily and that pus is very stringent smell.

And with respect to my acidity problem. I had a little bit of burning in the throat and chest since morning and had it all the day. whenever I take the Nat Phos 6X tables I will feel comfortable for couple of hours and again the burning will start. (Thought its not very heavy)

Food I took today: Dosa in breakfast, chapati with dal in lunch and roti with onion curry in dinner.

Remedies I took:

1 Dose of Callendula 200, 1 Dose of Ferrum Phos 200, 1 Dose of Hypericum and 3 doses of Natrum Phos 6X.

Nawaz sir, I have a question. Do need to compleatly avoid rice or I can take some rice daily, because at out region of india we completely relay on rice. I feel I am troubling my mom or wife with food preparation for me.

Since Afternoon, I huge pain inside the anus started. and swelling increased. Today I did not had any pus or blood discharge. The pain is still there. The pain is something like something pressing and hurting inside anal canal.

Today I took following remedies:

Past 3 days I have had no pain all day but too much itching all the time specially after lunch and dinner.

This itching is a good symptom or bad ,?

Hello. It's been a couple weeks since I checked in (but vacation sure was fun:)

The Calc Sulph 12X arrived yesterday.

In the last couple weeks, I've had the 'regular' - some swelling then little bit of drainage. I also had bright red blood a couple of times. After all the driving and walking for vacation, I was pleasantly surprised to actually only have pain from the fistula one evening while on vacation.

Currently, no pain, some tenderness to touch. It's not draining right now...it looks like a bump and that's it right now. I expect it will get irritated this week (menstruation...feminine hygiene products irritate my skin).

Emotionally - doing very good. Vacation was good for me.
