Dear Nawaz,
How are you. Quick update about my situation. Since yesterday evening I had Loose Motions. I had this problem till yesterdays Mid night. I had around 7 BMs yesterday. I was taking my regular food. Yesterday I travelled on 2 wheeler on baking sun (Temperature here around 43) May be thats the reason for this Loose motions. Since this loose motions started I am having severe pain inside the anus. its unbarable. Today I took 1 extra dose of Hypericum 200 for pain. and about my acidity problem its looking good. No severe burning since 1 week.

How are you? Hope all is well. I'm writing to you after two weeks now to update you about my situation. You had advised me to just use Calendula Q externally and stop everything else. I have followed your instructions and glad to report that there has not been any trouble in the last two weeks. The fistula/abcess has not given me much discomfort, and not any major discharge/swelling either. Just a wee bit of wetness/stickiness in the area at the end of the day. Like just one/two very small droplet stains left on my underwear at the end of the day, cream/light yellow in color.
Pls advise what remedy should be taken now.

Today my situation gone from bad to worst. The pain in the anus increased a lot. Today I saw huge pus discharge from the puncture on the bubble. I see that pus while having BMs. I think the discharge is all the day today because I feel wet at the anus area with pus all the time even after cleaning each hour. The pus is in light yellow color.
I will get Arsenicum Album 200C tomorrow and start that course.
and above to this since last 3 days I am feeling that I became very sick. I am having full body pain and joint pains.
Please suggest.

What has really happened Vik? Why this aggravation? Are you going thru extreme stress? How is the constipation? Any food related changes?

I am not going through any extream stress, I am leading normal life. But in list couple of days I had traveled on 2 wheeler on baking sun. constipation is better now. I had 4 BMs yesterday and it was normal (Smooth). I feel from the day when I had loose motions this problem is started.
I did not changed my regular food. but in last 2 to 3 days I took coconut water to overcome with loose motions.

Here is my situation
1. ID fistulafromabscess
2. Age 30
3. Sex Male
4. Single/Married Single
5. weight 207 lbs
6. Height almost 6ft
7. country US
8. climate midAtlantic
9. List of your complaints: Fistula from abscess originally from a nail scratch at the beginning of the smooth tissue of the rectum (just outside the rectum).
10. Since how long are you suffering from each complaint:
Winter 2012 scratched / cut the external smooth tissue of the rectum with my nail.
Late February-early March 2012, almost 1 month after the sctratching incident: Puss bag begins to form. I originally thought it is a hemoroid and applied preparation H.
March 2012 had abscess procedure (ischiorectal abscess) on the lower left side of of the Gluteus Maximus, almost at gluteus maximus/upper tigh connection, very far from the original nail cut. At that time I felt the doctor incision went very long very close to the original cut almost poking through the rectum. Since March the abscess refused to close. It originally drained almost dry but for the past 2-3 weeks the draining peeked up. I sometime experienced incotinence usually only at first when gas pressure was very high or at the beginning of the BM. It seems to disapeer afterwords.
May 25 2012. In order to confirm my incotinence feeling colon-rectal surgeon (diff doctor) used an incision probe and went along the fistula canal formed from the original abscess incision point until it poked through to the original nail cut area (I beleive). It appears that the fistula is very long but hopefully not too deep. I think but I am not totally sure that he left a small tube or marfble inside to keep it open until the surgery, scheduled 2 weeks from now.
11. Diabetic or non-Diabetic: non-diabetic. Grandmother from father side diabetic. Mother glicemy high.
12. Desire sweets/sour/salt: No
13. Thirst: Yes
14. Tongue and Taste: Born with a longitudinal split at the middle of the tongue and small fissures on the sides. Not very deep. Normal taste.
15. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine): Usually normal. Today May 27, 2012, for the first time, I noticed lots of blood in the water (not BM itself). Might be related to doctor incision probe.
16. What exactly is happening? Please see #10
17. How do you feel? Guilty.
18. How does this affect you? Prevents me from running and lifting weights. Very tough psychologically.
19. How does it feel like? Now it is very unconfortable from uncontrollable draining / incotinence feeling.

big effect on you? The first time I felt the incotinence/sqirt feeling.

29. Desires, likes and dislikes for food: I like Quick Oats, Raw/unsweeted and Organic, warmed up with milk.
30. Name of foods which increase your problem: Citric foods (oranges) increase bloating and gas. Also many other foods.
31. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatientÂ…and so on.. How are you different from other persons, public speaking or not , you can describe all of the details about your behavior, love and affections: Usually calm but increasinglly more frustrated and irritated as situation persists and gets worsen.
32. Aggravation (increases-time, season,)& Amelioration (Decreases): After abscess surgery fairlly well with just very few yellow pus on bandage gauze. It has deteriorated to brownish fluid with 1-2 faxseed-like yellow or brownish seeds. Don't know what it is. Since colon-rectal fistula incision/probing fewer pus is draining mainly yellowish with fresh, uncoagulated blood.
33. Attached here your photographs of the affected area. (if required/optional): Prefer to send by e-mail.
34. Location of the disease: From the upper tigh / gluteus maximus region to the rectal canal. Very long but hopefully, as the doctor indicated no more than a quarter of the finger deep.
35. Side of the problem (Right or Left), (Upper or Lower part of body): Left. Hopefully lower.
36. Color of the secretions/discharges e.g urine, stool, sputum, Saliva etc. March: Yellow. April-May: Yellow-Brownish, Brownish with flaxseed like seeds. Now mostlyy yellow with uncuagulated blood.

Thank you Dr. Nawaz. I can find Staphysagaria only in pellet form. Is it ok? Should a dose of 30c X 7 pellets be ok?

No pain in the anus or outside, no pus or blood discharge in last 48 hours. all looking good now.
My body pains a still very heavy, all the body joints and mussels are paining like hell now. I am not sure what exactly causing this. I am having my regular Food (No changes at all)
Today i completed 3 doses of Arc Alb 200 3 doses.
Currently I am on these remedies
1 dose of callendula in the morning.
1 dose of Hypericum at bed time

Dear Nawaz,
I took one dose of Aconite 1M when I woke up in the morning today. after couple of hours the body pains reduced a bit but still I do have lot of pain (Much better than yesterday).
and about the fistula problem, the pus and pain in the anus reduced a lot and it is very little now.
