Hi Dr. Nawaz,
I am from Delhi. Regarding my back, I had a back muscle spasm 10 days back. The spasm was approx. 4-5 inches below my shoulder blade and approx. 1 inch towards left of the spine, that is, middle back portion. This keeps happening once in a while (like once in 8-10 months) sometimes moderate and sometimes a little severe and recedes in 3-4 days. Around 11 years back I got a sprain in back while doing bench press in a health club. My back otherwise is ok on a day to day basis. The doctor asked me to get some tests done this time for Blood sugar, hemogram, Uric Acid and blood urea and all test reports were absolutely normal.
Apart from the pain killers my doctor prescribed as mentioned in my previous post, I took Arnica 30 one drop each x 4 time a day on the first 2 days of spasm and thereafter switched to Rhus tox 200, 1 drop each 3 times a day for the next 2 days and reduced it to 1 drop each x 2 times a day for the next 2 days and stopped thereafter. Both these medicines were taken one drop directly from the bottle. I haven’t taken any medicine for the last 5 days. I am not too sure about how I felt after taking the medicines as I was simultaneously taking Allopathic medicines as well and the pain was receding. But normally when there is a mild muscle pain in my back, I take Rhus tox 200. Though in the last 4-5 muscle pains, I have observed good relief only once due to Rhus Tox. At other times, the action may have been too slow to realize.

Continue with NP 6X and 'collinsonia 200' only, for 3 days.

Dear Nawaz Bhai,

I took the dose below dose suggested by you last week.
Nux Vomica 200C, one nightly dose at bed time, for 3 nights.
one dose of Alumen 30C, for 5 days

and continuing with my regular dose of callendula 200 and hypericum 200. The pain and pus reduced a lot at that time. but it came back again in last couple of days. day before yesterday I suffered with pain a lot where I took entire day bed rest. I am seeing lot of pus discharging(light yellow from Anus, and watery from the puncher hole above anus). The puncher hole expanded. I am seeing blood discharge from anus and the puncher hole(Not heavy, couple of drops everyday).

In the recent days I am going through a lot of stress in the office and I am sitting on chair for long time in the office. which is making lot of discomfort. and my fungus infection problem is still same as before.

I am strictly following my diet.

I am really sorry that I was not able to update the sittuation regulary because of my work stress and broadbad problem at my home.

Please review and suggest.

3 days of collinsnia200 and symptoms are still the same..

my day depends on how the BM are.. if there is no constipation, there is no pain only lot of itching.
if there is constipation, i get some pain and then itching.
then there are some days when there is no pan and no itching.
but i can feel that problem is still there.
what shd i do next ?

In view of urgency of situation, I visited a local Homeopathic doctor who suggested me to have silica with nux-vomica twice daily (3 globules each x 2 times a day). The symptoms receded in one day gave me a lot of relief. I am still continuing with the same medicine. Please suggest if I should switch over to your prescribed medicine as below or should I continue with the current medicine.

Stress/anxiety, overwork, exertion and food containing pus forming items will aggravate your issues. This is life.

Please also take Berberis Vulgaris 1X, 7 drops mixed in 2 sips of mineral water, 2 times a day, for 3 days.

Thank you for the reply. I will get Berberies Vulgaris 1X and start dose once I get it. Mean while I ll continue with Callendula 200 and hypericum 200. I may have hard time in finding BV 1X as its very difficult to get low potencies at my place. I ll try to get it asap and post you results.

Mean while, a quick update about todays sittuation. today i saw around 5 to 10 drpos of pus discharding through the hole above anus(Thick & light yellow color) and also the wattery pus discharding all the time.

And my other problem which is fungal infection is making lot of problem. It making lot of iching and its spreading.

Please review and suggest.

It making lot of iching. If i scrach it will become thich white color which will be visible.

I am not sure what caused this problem to me.

Sorry for not updating past 3 days .. I w again traveling overseas and Internet was very very rare

I have been taking one dose of collinsonia 200 since 3 days as you had recommended ,,, however collinsonia doesn't seem to be working any more

Latest symptoms :
Little constipation these days and some pain during BM
Then after 2-3 hours of BM I get needle like pain on the reefs side is anus

Itching is there but very much in control
What shd I do next dr nawaz ?

Not True as you have been traveling and the problem has been aggravated. Why do you always blame the remedy? Is it easy? Is it fair?

no its not fair and i will never blame it on the very remedies that have helped me get so much better in past mnths..
there was a time when i was not even able to go withut pain for 10 mins! it is your remedies and god's grace that im where i am so no.. i will nver blame the rmedies.
my only point was that collinsonia has worked really realy well for me in the past weeks and not the symptms have changes sligtly frm itching/pain to 'needle like pain'..
if you think this is the right meds.. i will continue that.
i have completely trust in you and your remedies.

this morning i took one dose of sulphur enpty stomach.
today i did not have complete BM so practically no pain.
will see how it goes tomorrow.

Dear Nawaz Bhai,

How are you. I completed taking Ars Alb. 200C, 2 times a day, for 3 days. Now currently my fungal infection reduced (I would say 50%). but the problem is my fistula problem increased a lot. Since yesterday morning I am seeing huge blood and pus discharge. the pus is in yellow color. and I am seeing a little bit of swelling around the anus and around the hole above the anus. The pain is currently very high and I have a little bit of burning. I did not took any other remedies in last 3 days. and I am on my regular diet (No Rice, No butter, no pus pus forming foods)

Please suggest further treatment for me.
