HI Nawak,
I took Silicea 1m on Jan 7th for the small pain in the fistula area. Pain went away fast.
Yesterday, on the left side (same side as the fistula was), it feels as though a bartholin gland cyst is forming. I had one about 10 years ago.
It is about the size of a golf ball and very swollen. Any suggestions on remedy?

I am 32yrs male having weight of 98 kgs. I have constipation problem from childhood but somehow managed . I still sometimes feel a small amount of pain more internally where the abscess/fistula was. Not causing much discomfort, it's just that i feel something. Should I take anything? I don't feel any swelling, no pus, good stools.

History-
I got anal abscess 3 times in past 2 years. This time doctor did the surgery and drained the abscess but also suspected Anal Fistula. He confirmed it by putting a scope. He suggested Fistula surgery. But I am not very keen on the Fistula surgery. So, I started following your doses immediately after I came to know it is Fistula (for past 2 weeks) - Silicea (6c, 2 times a day) and liquid doze of Arnica (30c, 3 times).


Present-
I was seeing PUS coming out from anus and from abscess after surgery. Abscess got healed after 1month but anus pus was still flowing. But since 2 days, PUS has started to come from the skin where the cut (incision) was made for abscess. The quantity of the PUS also seems to have increased. I suspect, it will cause another abscess to re-form in couple of days.


Question-

1.) Do I need to change any medication? Or should I continue on Silicea and Arnica.

2.) Is it more alarming that the pus is coming from skin where the abscess was (which will cause another abscess to form), and not from Anus?
