Thank you as always for the reply and further guidance. I shall continue the silicea 6c for the next few days until you tell me to stop(You suggested to take it for a week initially) and also take the Nat Sulph 6x for 5 more days then stop.

And yes the Myr Seb 200c tonight - I am expecting great things to happen!

I have been putting arnica cream/tincture on my heel but have now just taken some arnica 30c (taken in wet dose as lovely Joe suggests) as you recommended. I was not sure if it would interfer with everything else I am taking so did not take it internally.

You asked if the discharge is different from two weeks ago - it is the same just not quite as profuse compared to a few days ago. It seems to be more profuse when I am working and lessens off a bit when I am not working. (I work tue,wed, thur each week).But it has been yellow or milky brown for the past few weeks with same liquid consistency.

I shall let you know how I progress with the Myr Seb 200c.

As this is a homoeopathic forum, we can only suggest remedies that are homoeopathic and do not interfere with the internal ones being currently taken by the patients. Therefore, please try to understand, your products might be very good, but, here, in my opinion, their external use will impact internal tissues repairing process by the homoeopathic remedies.

Dear Nawaaz,

I didn't feel much itching the whole day today. But when I got home in the evening I noticed the oozing was there. So, when I just touched the side, the PUS came out in few drops and it was thick and pale grey in color.

I noticed this as a behavior whenever I take Silicea recently :

- No Itching almost.

- No itching after BM as well.

- PUS is thick compared to other times.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

FYI, I didn't take any medicines today.

Tomorrow, please start taking Nat Sulph 6X, 2 pellets in a half glass of water, stir it nicely with spoon, then, take a spoon full out of that, only 2 times a day, for 10 days.

I took Myr Seb 200c last night (9pm ish). Just to let you know there is no change and I am still having to use a needle to get the infection out. Not sure how long it may take to take effect, or maybe I need to take another dose?
Or am I being impatient?!

Please go ahead with one more dose of Myristica Seb. 200C today.

Again, I strongly believe, the use of needle is in our way to correct the problem. Using the needle, you have done the job of Myristica Seb., the remedy is slower than you. But, again, I sympathize with you as the discomfort and the feelings that pus will harm your system (infection effects) and other issues at that time makes you impatient, then, you are forced to use needle. It might be a habit now after a long time use?

How long have you been using needle?

Let's do this, please tell me exactly what do you feel prior to the use of needle?
For example, one minute before you use needle, please shed light in detail.

We will try to find a remedy that will stop the use of needle by telling you that there is no need.

Lastly, I know, you are working today, therefore, please update me in the evening your time about the amount of pus, color of the pus, your state of mind, constipation and any other symptoms.

Thanks for your reply. I will take Myr Seb 200c again tonight when i get home. I am replying now as have an evening group to run so don't get home until 9pm then its straight to bed!

I have been using a needle about 2 months after i first got diagnosed with the fistula (on and off) - so about 2 years. Very bad I know but I had to resort to it as my body healed up so well on the outside that the infection/liquid pus would build up and up and up and my whole anal sphincter would become inflamed and the whole area bulge out. The longest I managed to leave it was for 3-4 weeks by which time I could not sit at all and felt sick with the pain and sensation of 'fullness' in the fistula.

Now when I feel the need to empty it, it feels like there is something there - almost like something sticking out of me - and indeed when I feel it is is a large lump, sometimes very hard depending on how much build up of liquid there is or sometimes softer. Feelings-wise I think I feel the need to urgently empty it as I start to feel dizzy or nauseous or fevery otherwise. I also know that it won't come out otherwise -from past experience. I was taking a remedy (combination of belladonna, gun powder, hepar sulph etc) recently before I started consulting you. That remedy did initially expel any infection/liquid wonderfully but then stopped working after a few weeks - perhaps affected by me taking the medorrhimun 20M I took about 4 weeks ago.

An update for today is that the pus is the same - liquid yellow and profuse and not coming out as easily as the past few days. I feel tired and worn out but also I am vey tired from limping around with the heel problem. I am resting it as much as possible but the pain is of course tiring. (I am taking arnica 3 times a day as you suggested). My bowels are very sluggish and tense again and didn't have a (small) BM until this afternoon after drinking lots of warm water. I haven't had much of an appetite either for the past few days.
Again, I hope that is enough information for you.
I am determined that things will and are improving so i can break out of this cycle, so thank you so much for all your support Nawaz,

Here is my latest update -

Per your advise on 4Dec I had stopped Nat Sulph 6X and have been taking Urtica Urens 30C and Berb Vulg Q three times a day.

My body itching is maybe very very marginally better from 2-3 days back.

Since morning I have been having rashes on my forearm. I am applying moisturizing cream on arms to suppress the itching. Itching on body starts late afternoon and as before I am applying moisturizing cream to calm down the body itch.

On fistula front, yesterday I was having a bit of discomfort in anus region. I have had a small bubble/mound around anus wall on the outside near fistula on my left side.

Please advise if I need to change any medicine or dosage.

Is there any blood coming out?

Please list any other problems in the anal region?

Are you taking any other medicines right now?

How old is your itching problem?

I can see rashes (red skin eruptions) on both my forearms and have itching on my neck and face. I had itching issue, for the first time, last year as well when I was taking some homeopathic medicine for treating white spots on my shoulder and neck. Itching stopped sometime in Jan'2010 (I had stopped taking these medicines sometime Dec'2009).

On Anal fistula - no pus drainage but had bit of a pain/discomfort yesterday(no pain today). Mound is on the periphery of anus on left cheek.

Not taking any other medicines and had stopped taking multivitamins per your instructions few days back.

Let me know if this info is sufficient.

Sure Nawaz. I will continue with current medicines (I have been having Urtica Urens and Berb Vul Q for 6-7 days now. Should I continue for 3 or more days ? ).

Mound is very small about the size of quarter of a pea and it feel to be hard (not sure if it filled with pus/liquid or not). It hurt a bit if I try and press it. Yesterday's discomfort was due to the fact that I was feeling a bit of pull around this mound. No pain today though.

Earlier it used to be near the incision made for draining the abccess but now it seem to be have moved near the anus.

Forgot to add in previous post that this morning I did notice a wee bit of blood on tissue paper after BM. I am not sure where this blood is actually coming from (is it from Anus or fistula or from skin around anus ).

Mental setup wise I am doing fine but one thing I have noticed in past few weeks that I do feel tired even during the day (not just the evenings).

Body itch is main discomfort right now. Hopefully it will lessen in next few days.

Just wanted to update you and thank you soooooo much for helping me with the black speck problem that I've been suffering with for approximately 6 months off and on.

I've taken the ferrum phos for the past three days and have been speck free. Thank you sooo much again. What a wonderful Christmas present!!! If I should happen to see the specks again can I try using the Ferrum Phos again? Will it hurt me?

I am now going to take care of my hemorrhoids with the cell salts that you told me to use. I'll have to order them on line because I know my local health food store doesn't carry them.

Based upon the recent info. regarding the current fistula situation and your chronic itching, I would like to request you to take the following for at least 10 days.

1. Berberis Vulgaris Q as usual 3 times a day as you are already taking now.

2. Hydrastis Q, 4 drops in 2 sips of water, 3 times daily, for 10 days.

The above remedies will hopefully take care of your itching and fistula.

Please stop all other remedies. Please understand that a change in your state and symptomes call for change in the remedies. Sorry for any inconvenience.
