Hope you are doing well.

I have completed 3 day course of Berb Vulg drops. Drainage has slowed down. I did not notice blood on TP today (blood was seen on TP till yesterday). Fistula feels normal again today. On itching front, it come off and on but intensity is very much less than what it was 1-2 weeks back. I am still waiting on Graphites 200 to arrive. For me graphites medicine has helped control the itching/urticarea. attacks.

On my niece's front - her skin eruptions and itching have returned. Should she take another dose of Sulphur 200C ? She had taken first and last dose of Sulphur 200C (4 pallets) on 12/24/10.

I will wait for your next instructions for me and niece.

I've stopped taking the aloe socotrina 200C for the past two nights. My hemorrhoids are in great shape. No itching, no pain, no bulging at anal opening and best of all the little cyst that was felt in the internal hemorrhoid is non-existent.

As for the black fleck issue, I am now noticing they are not black but brown in color. They are noticed because no matter how well I try to keep my bottom clean, the folds of the anal skin accumulate stool or debris occasionally after being cleaned up. I just don't know how to avoid any seepage. Do you have any ideas? If this issue would disappear, I would feel so much better emotionally.

Should I be taking any other remedies at this time for the brown flecks now?

Also, know that I'm not writing on the right area, but what can I take for fibrocystic breasts? I have been diagnosed with this a few years ago and I notice they are worsening due to my age. I'm 44 and probably in perimenopause. I just want to take something safe that won't harm me and will lessen my breasts being so glandular.

BTW.....the poster who wrote on this board really upset me. I am not an illiterate or naive person. I am well aware of allopathy and homeopathy. I weigh each option and research each option before consuming any medications. It is quite scary watching tv and seeing all the side effects that prescription meds can cause. I basically would rather live with the original disease than live with the multitude of severe symptoms or fatal disease that the med was supposed to cure. I believe in totally healing the body not the symptoms thru nutrition, homeopathy, good thoughts and plenty of rest. That's just my two cents. Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I could feel and see discharge from fistula till couple of days back. But today I am not noticing/feeling any discharge from fistula. Also the pain/discomfort is not there.

I did not take any medicine today. Should I start with Hydrastis again ?

Thanks for your reply. Take your time figuring out what I need, there's no urgency.

I just returned from vacation and did not follow a strict diet of watching what I should eat. Just used the restroom and a little while ago felt a slight irritation in the anal area. Almost like a very slight burning. The best way I can describe it would be mild diaper rash. Threre isn't any pain internally and there isn't any pus or anything like that. The area is slight slight pink and a bit swollen. Nothing to be overly concerned about. I also had two brown, dk brown flecks that were on the creases of the skin again. I was wondering if tonight I can take a dose of the aloe socotrina 200C to prevent me from getting any damage to that area. Again, if I wasn't checking myself, I wouldn't give two thoughts to the feeling and wouldn't have looked to see what was going on.

Thanks for the response. I shall continue with the current medication suggested.

- A drop of pus which was slight color and little thick drained.

- Followed by that a drop of liquidy discharge drained.

- Noticing little oozing in the Fissure area. But nothing drained so far.

- After BM this morning, a little pain remains inside of rectum.

- Also the external growth of the pilesis hanging out. Not sticking to the sides.

Can I wait for you to get me the other medicines so that I can order them all in one shot.

Feeling okay, thank God. Just my normal, anxious self. The hems are no longer swollen and one of them is skin colored with a slight pearly appearance. They are not blue/purple in color. No pain or discomfort when having a BM.

One thing to note is I always have a chill and a low body temperature. BP is normal and pulse is rapid 88. I am tall and slender with blonde hair, fair skin and blue/green eyes. I am very reserved and a devoted to my family and friends. I am also always worried about getting an illness which always puts my body in overdrive.

Just thought I'd give you a little info on me. Don't know if it will help or not.

I went to hopsital to have medical follow up yesterday. The doctor told me the inflammation index is still high which means the Crohn's disease is active. After riding long time bus trip, my swollen mass near the back of scrotum was very painful last night and I can't sleep at all>.<

I have not been following up regularly on patients on this thread since Nawaz took over from me but I read your post of January 2:

I believe that the answer is to use a water spray device which you can fit in your toilet which you can use to wash up after a BM. This will ensure that any debris left over is washed out instead of being retained to form the dried up pellets you reported some weeks ago. This occurs sometimes when toilet paper is used.

You should be able to get this spray from Wall Mart and it is usually a DIY fix.

Good Morning!!! Just started taking the aloe and the ferrum phos. Hems are in good shape today and other than being overly anxious (from my hormones), I feel okay at the moment.

Just read your prior post to Mr. DeLivera and wanted to ask you to please remain on this forum. You also have helped me immensely with the hemorrhoid issue. My bottom has not felt this good in a long time (15 yrs) and I'm hoping to overcome some of my other health issues before they turn into big issues. Prevention is always the key to good health!

Hoping you'll reconsider! I finally had hope that my little health issues would be a thing of the past and I could start off 2011 with a regained sense of hope that I'd be healthy in mind, body and spirit.

My update is - itching is still there. I am still waiting on Graphites 200C to arrive.

Fistula seems to be under control as I am not seeing any blood/pus drainage.

Currently I am not taking any medicine. Please advise if I need to start anything.

Also here is the update:

- Today after BM, when I pressed the sides a watery liquid mixed with blood drained today. It appeared to be a pus initially.

- I started feeling the usual itching in the afternoon and I could feel the fistula area is getting filled up with something which I should know once i get home and pressed the sides. I shall update accordingly.
