Hello!

For the past year I've been starting to suffer from a complete change of personality, accompanied with many various side-effects, and I'm desperate for some help, especially now, as things seem to be worsening.

I'm a 21 year old male, do regular exercise, eat a healthy balanced diet and don't drink or smoke, however, lately I've become extremely shy and reclusive, accompanied with a great fear of being in public, or even close friends and family, which has on afew occasions climaxed into a debilitating panic-attack.

I've also been suffering from severe Flushes, which happen without cause, and can cause a great deal of embarrassment, furthering my fear of being around people.

I've been getting cold sweats, palpitations, and prolonged bouts of lethargy and lack of energy which last for days. When I get these, I find it impossible to concentrate on anything, and any attempt to study results in eye-strain, headaches, and a nervous/shaky feeling, similar to nervous butterflies.

I have no idea what's brought on all of this, but it's gradually getting worse, and completely destroying my life!!!! I'm having difficulty studying, and no long have a social-life of any kind.

Please can someone give me some advice.

Regards,

John
