stiff neck and weired pressure in head

Hi,
Last few months I've been feeling some weired pressure in head and jaws. It's not a headache per se.....In addition to it my neck and shoulders feel too stiff. I don't have this problem continuously. It's on and off. Some days are worst. Some days I don't even feel it. My blood pressure has been normal and I'm on Agrimony and Mimulus 3 times a day. I work on computer about 8 hours a day. Lately my vision has been getting little blurred too . I'm a vegetarian, eat a healthy diet and exercise most days. In addition, my hands and feet sweat a lot, specially with weather change while my hands (limbs) feel cold. I feel little cold most of the times (unless it's too hot). I feel cold even when my hands are burning and sweaty. B/c of sweat I have hand washing mania and wash my hands around 500 times a day in order to feel better. This gets worse in summer or during weather changes. I can't tolerate bananas, strawberries and rice (my body hurts - vata symptoms). I have ocassional high blood pressure which is mostly controlled by agrimony, mimulus and arnica. I'm currently taking Natrum phos for bleeding gums which is helping.
Much thanks in advance
