Pilonidal Cyst

Hi
I am suryakant dubey from India currently in Geneva Switzerland since one week
I am suffering from Pilonidal Cyst from 2 years
since it got dignosed i am taking antibiotics to when it starts paining and some swelling
my back is started paining very badly since 4 days and there is some discharge also may be pus with some blood particle mixed
and this time also I am taking antibiotics but It is not killing the infectino it seems
unable to sit /stand or lay down taking pain killer tabs to relive the pain which stops it for few hours.
I read in one forum that hoemopathic medicine helps in pilonidal cyst problem

I am feeling better now becoz after few days my cyst got bursted and now i do not have much pain from 1 months
still I am quries to know that can i get rid of this problem for forever without operation?
