Vestibular Problem

I am 64 yrs, male suffering from vestibular lesion. Sympotons are :
-Occassional vertigo
-Headache with stiff neck
while on standing and
walking
-Poor balance while walking
and feeling falling down
-Fear of open space;feeling
uneasy, fear of falling
down, feeling unbalancing
{particularly with traffic
noise)
-Pain in lumber and cervical
regions.
-Legs feel cramped, tired
on standing and walking and
compel to sit down.
-Weakness in thigh and lower
legs
- No urge for passing stools
- neck muscles become stiff and painful on walking

I request the forum to suggest me some remedial measures and medicines so that I can get some relief.
