does anybobdy know how I can get my CPK to normal level? which homeopathic medicines can I use for that, any other suggestion is also welcome.

I have facial weakness, severe shoulder weakness, also limb weakness with problems to get up from a seat or to climb stairs, it progresses assymetricaly, right bodyhalf more affected than left.
If I manage to bring down my CPK to normal, will my muscles automatically regenerate?
Please give some advice
