ovarian folleculosis in both ovaries

Hi all
I have been diagnosed with multi folleculosis in both the ovaries.
I am taking some alopathic medicines for htis for the past 3 months but it makes me very tired and drowsy.

I have hair fall and i have put on 14 kilograms in the past 1 year.I am not a person who eats too much and I used to have a good metabolism

I had constipation everyday but this medicine I take everyday (alopathic)has cured that issue.

My hair falls but I dont see any growing back.

my main issue after all is my multi folleculosis ,obesity and hair fall

I was 56 kilograms and now I am 70kgs..

Can anybody prescribe a good dosage of medicine.

Any cause which you feel for this ailment?

When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

I was diagnosed with multi folleculoss just 3 months back..but I have been having irregular preiods for maybe 2-3 years.

No

What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
No sufferings as such ...i guess i feel bad that my hair has become thin...I had very beautiful hair..long shiny and thick..but i guess now it has reduced to its 3/4th.

then i was 56-58kilogrmas i increased to 70 kilograms now.i dont eat as much as i used to before.

What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?

no mental sufferings

When did it all start?
i had irregular periods for 2-3 years...diagnosed with multi folleculosis in both ovaries 3 months back.

What are the things which aggravate or ameliorate your suffering?
nothing

When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
i am not comfortable in humid or dry weather
i prefer cold to hot


What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
i love all food
and i have no aversion to any food.

How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
very less

How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
normal

How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)?
i had constant constipation before i started the alopathic medication for my condition.

How sleep, how are your dreams?
yes i have dreams.i sleep fast now .i am tired after my job.i sleep well.

Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings?
no

What medications have been taken earlier?
nothing
now i am taking glyciphage(alopathic) and long before i took some homeopathic medicines the names i dont know.

How do you look like (Appearance (fat, thin, smart, tall, lean etc)?

i look little fat but my weight is real high

If your are female how is your menstrual cycles and from how long (normal, irregular, painful, clotted, colour etc.)
my periods are painful for the first 2 days it was irregular before i started the medications
sometimes i get clots which are very thick and dark red.

Family history - What major diseases are running in your family?
nomajor diseases...most have bone problems like joint pains
my mom has hyo thyroidism and is currently taking eltroxin.

Any other information?

Dear Patient,
Please take One dose of Pulstailla-1m on the first day on commencement of medince and take Folliculinum-30 (5 drops per dose)once a day. Report after 15 days.

could u pleaseeeeeeeee actually tell me what one dose of pulsatilla means what 1m really means..is it pills or liquid form..shud i have it only one one day......
should i mix this 5 drops of folliculinem in water and have it
when shud i have it
morning evening or afternoon
on empty stomach?

what difference will i notice after 15days

right now my periods are normal after taking the other medicines
shall i stop that completeley`......

please tell me what difference in my condition will i notice?

Follow earlier advice . The medicine that I suggested can be thought of later on after the 15 days results as advised to you earluer by Dr. Mahfoozurrehman.

tell me exactly how shud i take it
mornining evening or afternoon?
then what difference will i notice after taking this medication...
