Treatment for Kidney (Increased microalbuminuria)

I mailed some of my querries about 2 hours back. But I thought this was insufficient information. My wife is diabetic since 20 years. she is 56 Yrs., weight <60 Kg., working, Her HbA1c in Feb.2007 was 8.4, now her BSF is 73 and PP 88. Her MAU test on 7th June was 783, TSH 5.92, Uric Acid 2.4. Suddenly the MAU test raised to 1168 on 20 June, 07. She is now on Remipril 5 mg. Would you kindly suggest me homeopathic treatment for controlling the MAU and also Blood sugar. She is Sister I/C in a Govt. Hospital, quite active and attending the office daily. She had earlier gone laser surgery of both eyes for Ratinopathy three times starting from May 2006. I am keeping a strict eye on her activities and monitoring every thing, which I can do with the advice of Doctor.

Thanks and regards,
