Dental blues

I have had a long-standing problem which perhaps, unfortunately, is my own creation. In 1998, I noticed a very small dark spot between my two right, upper premolars. There was absolutely no pain. I used to be overly concerned about my dental health, and I had this habit of inspecting my teeth periodically although my teeth never gave me problems. I showed it to a dentist who advised a filling. He drilled the tooth, and put in a composite filling. The pain actually started after this! And the filling also partially came off soon. I was too afraid to go again, so I just carried on. It used to hurt occasionally, and there used to be some discomfort. Finally around three years later, I went to another dentist who told me that the neighboring premolar also had some decay on it. Again, this tooth was not hurting at all. Nevertheless, he fixed the first tooth as well as put a filling in the second. Now this filling was one large mass of composite material situated between the two premolars, so, in retrospect, I guess it may have been unstable. But there was no pain after this work. However, one and a half years later, this blob came off and there was a huge cavity I could feel with my tongue. I got the work done again, but this time the dentist said that the filling was knocking against the lower premolar, so he shaved a portion of the lower premolar to avoid having to trim the filling much, which he said would preserve its strength. However, this made the lower tooth extremely sensitive since then. This time around the filling lasted for three years. When it came off again, I was in a different place so I went to another dentist who advised a ceramic inlay. Now this procedure is quite invasive in its scope; only next to a root canal. A major portion of the second premolar was drilled away to make place for a piece of ceramic and the filling was completed. This time the extent of the filling was much more, so a portion of another lower tooth was shaved away to make way for the filling. So four of my teeth have eventually got affected till now. Fortunately, this last work has been in place for one and a half years, but I am quite anxious about the prognosis. If it comes off again, there is hardly any tooth material left to bore away The major problem with fillings is that they necessitate destruction of tooth material, and teeth, once damaged, remain damaged despite any change in lifestyle. I have never really felt comfortable since the first filling was made and as time has passed the situation has only grown worse. Is there anything I can do to tackle this problem? Is there any homeopathic medicine that can help re-generate tooth material? I tend to think that minerals, possibly in a special form, such as calcium, magnesium and phosphorus would aid rebuilding the tooth. This discomfort and occasional pain are greatly affecting the quality of my life. I am not able to enjoy food and use my right side comfortably. I have to be very careful whenever I eat anything that is even slightly hard. And there is a dull, throbbing pain that keeps recurring. I would greatly appreciate if you can suggest anything. Thank you!
