cold and running nose

i'm suffering from cold running nose and head ache whenever i wash my hair. i'm also allergic to dust and affected by hay fever for the past four years. is there any medicine which i can take before head bath?

Take Ars. Alb. 30C (Two Pills in the morning daily for three days and then report.
