? about Arnica and Prescribed Medication

I have been reading the forum for a couple of days now. I am a 37 year old woman that has suffered from cystic acne for many years. I have done all of the prescribed medications. Oral and creams. They did not do much accept dry my face really bad. I want to try the arnica but I also take Paxil for Generalized anxiety which I think I have because of my cystic acne. I am embarrased to go out with bumps on my chin and jawline and being almost 40. I am so sick of having this. I have read alot about it being hormonal but I am not ready to go on a hormonal treatment yet. I also have endometreosis. I am not ready to have my uterus taken out either but the pain is horrible every month. I have had this for a couple of years now.
Thank you for any help!

I am female and I am a daycare provider in my home.

My main suffering is on my chin and jawline. I have been suffering from cystic acne for about 8 years now. I just had one that was really infected and had it drained on Monday July 2, 2007.

I live in Des Moines, Iowa.

I have Generalized Anxiety and if I could stay home and not go out in public I would. It is really embarrasing.

It all started a couple of years after I had my second son.

I would say the heat and humidity aggravate it most. I usually try to stay inside.

I fell better when it is cooler outside.

I crave sweets a lot. I never used to at all. I don't eat much meat.

My thirst is normal
My hunger is normal
My bowel movements are normal.

I wake up in the night and can't go back to sleep for an hour or so. I nap during the day. I don't really dream that I can remember.

I am a very nervous person.

I take Paxil for my anxiety. I have been taking it for about 8 years. I take 40 milligrams.

I feel that my body type is average. I could use some toning up. I am 5 '8' and weigh 145 pounds.

My menstrual cycles are bad. I suffer from endometreosis. I have really bad cramps and I have a lot of clots and the bleeding is heavy.

I don't have any major diseases in my family.

Thank you for your time.

I also forgot to mention that I have used Retin A and an oral antibiotic to try to get rid of my cystic acne. They both helped some. Just not enough to my satisfaction. The side effects are awful also.
