Primary progressive sclerosis

Hi, My mother is diagnosed recently as having 'Primary progressive sclerosis', and neurologists informed that she might be having it for the last 5-6 years.
Is there any homeo medicine for this and if so, what is the medicine?
Can any one suggest me please?

Could you please provide the following information for selection of proper medicine?
Patient ID: Sex: Age: Nature of work: Habits:

Describe your main suffering and from how long?
Exact location?
Any cause which you feel for this ailment?
What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
When did it all start?
What are the things which aggravate or ameliorate your suffering?
When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
How is your bowel movement and stool type (Constipation etc.)?
How sleep, how are your dreams?
Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings?
What medications have been taken earlier?
How do you look like (Appearance (fat, thin, smart, tall, lean etc)?
If your are female how is your menstrual cycles and from how long (normal, irregular, painful, clotted, colour etc.)
Family history - What major diseases are running in your family?
Any other information?

Thanks for the response.
Patent is 59 year old female.
She is type-2 diabetic and is on insuline. The sugar levels in blood will generally be under normal levels. She is normal in physique, hungry and thirst. Bowel movement is also regular. Menstrual cycles are stopped. No abnormalities with either sleep or dreams.

About the symptoms:
Both the foot feels sticky when walking. Sometimes they are numb. scapulae region is painful sometimes. Whenever walking dribbling of urination is there with incontinence or micturition.
All these symptoms are present for the last 5-6 years. She has undergone hysterectomy operation in 2001.

Hope all the required details are given.

you can try Causticum 6c 3 times a day up to 5 days only alos physiotherapy is more beneficial.any change cantact me.
