skin tags

i have developed a few skin tags around my neck from the last year and a half, one or two in the underarm region too.
i am hypothyroid (25mcg of thyronorm each day)...for some time my hair seems to have thinned and falls more than before. it is drier and gets tangled soon too.

please advise
thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Try Thuja 30 and Causticum 30 both once a day but at alternate days. One day one medicine next day the other.

Take medicine for 3 weeks.
