You might have observed that I take up cases very very selectively, and most of them are for acute problems.
I believe you can't prescribe with confidence purely on pure pathological basis, and you need many more details.
These forums have some inherent limitations,and I wish the prescribers too understand it and refrain from creating false hopes in the patients.
I see that you are one of the more sensible prescribers, who prescribe one medicine at a time , and a few doses only.
That way, we can atleast try not to harm the patient, even if our prescriprtion is not close enough.
I shudder to see some of the prescriptions on these forums, who advise to take unchanged potencies for months together.!!
I have been fighting this tendency all along, and will continue to do so, in the best interests of the patients.
I have no ill will towards anybody, but want to see that reckless prescriptions are exposed of their inherent dangers.

Dear Dr.Faisal qureshi,im sorry for delay to reply to your post.Right eye hypoplasia means failure of development as needed.Our best homeopathic or biochemic remedy cal phos rectify every deformation perhaps you know that, have you ever tried?You can try the following medicines with good faith.1.Syphyllinum 1M 1dosage weekly.2.Cal phos 6x 4tab 4times daily at an interval of 3to4 hours.3.Platenus oxi 30 4pills 3times daily.Take both medicines before meal and continue upto 1week and report back.Try to move eye up and down right and left regularly. According to my knowledge there is not any remedy mentioned in any repertory or materia medica.
A psoric medicine selected on non pathognomic symptoms may solve the problem.
