Recurring Pilonidal Cyst

Hello. I am currently experiencing my third Pilonidal Cyst in three years. It seems to come back every summer. The last two times I have had it lanced, but this time I want to try an alternative solution.

I have read the different doses of Silicea and other medicines but still don't know how to proceed and do not want to harm myself. What should I do/take?
