The ABC Homeopathy Forum

2yr illness

Hi i'm hoping this site can help my partner Steve he is 41 and has been poorly for 2 years and nobody seems to be able to help him - I was interested to read the problems that people are having with noises in the head, dizzness, aching muscles, memory fog - he is suffering from all of these and no doctors can find anything from all the tests he's had done. Our next appt is in a couple of weeks to see a muscle specialist - but it's the general unwell feeling he has all of the time with the dizzy heads and dazed feelings that he gets first thing in a morning that are the problems - not sure how long he's going to manage going to work. Any help would be appreciated!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can you/he recollect what could have triggered these changes?

Hi Gavin 2 yrs ago he was in the garden doing a few jobs when he complained about pains in his stomach and it was first thought he had a appendicistis this was ruled out and then the pains in his stomach got worse and he was loosing a lot of blood when he went to the toilet at the same time he had lots of muscle pains in his legs with a general feeling of tiredness - he was referred to a bowel specialist who diagnosed him with bowel cancer - only to find out when they did the camera that he had the cleanist bowels that day! It has just gone from bad to worse since then- dizzy heads followed with constant noises in his head - he has seen a neurologist who did a MRI Scan - no tumours - so dead end there - now they have referred him to a muscle specialist to probably do a biopsy - the thing is nobody can say why he generally feels unwell - he goes very pale and dizzy one minute then goes to feeling not too bad and this continues all day every day - I can honestly say I don't know when he said he has felt well! We have just had a week off and have stayed at home because he feels to unwell to go anywhere. He is a Course Manager on a Golf Course and for 25 years has been a very active person - he now finds mowing the lawn a massive problem - walking anywhere is a no no - Thanks for your message!

Besides the physical problems he is suffering with, we need to know his reactions to various stimuli like, heat, cold, his desires and aversions in foods, and his general makeup, as to whether he is in general calm and quiet, impulsive, angry, etc.. etc..

How are his bowels now? Does he have any peculiar sweats/perspiration?

Tell us every thing which seems peculiar and out of ordinary.

Don't leave out anything, however small it may be.

I repeat again.

List out everything which seems out of sync with a normal healthy person.

Hi
Heat & cold a problem winter months definately feels worse - warm weather not too bad but can't stand the heat sitting outside a few weeks ago when it was about mid to late 20's all too much.Food wise has a very sweet tooth especially cravings for chocolate. He has reduced his sugar intake considerably - also been advised to stay off carbohydrates eg potatoes, bread - no wheat - eating plenty of protein ie steak (Medium rare) at least 3 times a week, eggs, cheese full fat milk and butter. Vegetables all Green (yellow veg limited to twice a week along with Chicken. He also tries to drink at least 4.5 litres a day (this he finds very difficult) He was advised of the above diet from a Natural Healing Doctor who we contacted via our local radio station. He thinks Steve has metal poisoning.
He also has problems with light and noise sensitivity, blurred vision and dizzyness. He has always suffered from migraines from a very small age - these were controlled with the herb feverfew - but recently these have got worse and instead of having a migraine perhaps 2-3 times a year he was getting them on average a couple of times a week about 6 mnths ago. He was then sent for a MRI Scan which ruled out any tumours - he was put on antitrypteline (mild antidepressent) and they have now been controlled
He has always been a very patient person, with a very calm and laid back personality/nature - over the last 2 yrs he has become angry and very short on patience because he feels poorly and has no answers. Four years ago his dad went into hospital for a operation (anuyrusm) and after the operation we found out he was paralysed - this put a lot a stress on the whole family going to the hospital most nights for about two years. He also has been dealing with Solicitors for two years as things went very wrong in the operation and a case has been brought against the hospital - this is due to be finalised in the next month or so. Steve feels that he felt slightly poorly before his dad went into hospital because his doctors say that due to the last few years of strain and nothing has come back from any of the tests he has had that this is the reason of his illness. Before his dad went into hospital Steve was also quite depressed and this was due to him loosing his hair this he found very hard to deal with - he is ok now with this but I think it may have been a factor as he went very within himself. And then not too long after this his dad went into hospital.
Fibroymelia - We now have an appointment at Birmingham Hosptial to see a muscle specialist next week.

Thanks any help much appreciated!

As you can see a lot has happenend in the last 3-4 years. But Steve feels that because he feels so poorly he cannot accept that it is due to the last few years. Because he thinks he manages stress well - in his Job as a course Manager there is a considerably amount of stress that he deals with on a daily basis - he finds it difficult that this can make him feel so poorly.

Does he drink alcohol?

If he drinks, how much and how does he feel after taking it?

Murthy

gavinimurthy last decade
Hi

Yes he does like to have a drink,if he has a couple of pints of beer/lager that's about as much as he can manage 'cause after that he starts to feel unwell and tired. He has had spells where he has given up alcohol for a few months and still felt no better.

Hi

Thanks for your reply

Do you know where I can get this from I have put Conium 200c liquid potency in the search engine and it keeps coming up with Conium Maculatum and this is tablet form rather than the liquid?

Click the format option on this url.

Con&Submit.x=38&Submit.y=2 " rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">http://www.abchomeopathy.com/shop.php?search=&abrev=Con&...

It gives you two options and the second one is dilution. Order that.

Mix two drops of the remedy in about 30 ml. of water thoroughly, and ask him to take it.

Make sure that there are no odors on him (perfumes etc), near him( sprays in the room etc) and in his mouth before taking the medicine.

This is called a test dose. You have to wait for two days, and report all the subtle changes you notice.

The areas you have to look for are his general energy levels and his sleeping pattern.

I will guide you further on hearing about his reaction to the test dose.

His sleeps ok - just finds it very difficult getting up - cannot seem to get himself going at all leg muscles ache such a lot. We were at Birmingham Hospital last week - serious muscle diseases were ruled out. O.K.

Don't take any further doses of this medicine, come back after a week.

Meanwhile get Mag.phos 6X. Mix 4 pellets in luke warm water and give him as a dose.

This medicine can be taken frequently, upto three times a day.

Put him on Mag.Phos 6X for a week and come back.

Is it Ossifying Myositis?

or

Muscular atrophy?

Your local physician will confirm then we may go further.

Hi Gavin

Steve has been taking the magnesia tablets as you said and up until yesterday we would have said that the muscles in his legs were a nudge easier - but he had a very bad day yesterday. The unwell feeling is very much with him still aswell

I am really surprized how the Allopathy and Surgeons work. Barring the patient to spend lot of money, no cure.
Investigations are alright but mostl the cases are spoiled.

I noticed the following problems :-

'noises in the head, dizzness, aching muscles, memory fog -

'bowel cancer - only to find out when they did the camera that he had the cleanist bowels that day! It has just gone from bad to worse since then- dizzy heads followed with constant noises in his head - he has seen a neurologist who did a MRI Scan - no tumours

'he goes very pale and dizzy

'Four years ago his dad went into hospital for a operation (anuyrusm) and after the operation we found out he was paralysed -'

I have the following questions t ask:-

1. Noises and dizziness in the head- How it happened? --Was there any accident or injury in the head?

2. What are the findings about cancer?

3. What parts are affected in Paralysis - probably it is due t surgerical intervention?

4. What is the condition of rectum/colon or the stools - in detail.

5.Was it diagnosed as rectum cancer?

6. What is his Blood report - specially the Homeoglobin and Calcium contents. If full report is there pl. provide details.

'An aneurysm (or aneurism) is localized, blood-filled dilation (bulge) of a blood vessel caused by disease or weakening of the vessel wall.[1] Aneurysms most commonly occur in arteries at the base of the brain (the circle of Willis) and in the aorta (the main artery coming out of the heart), a so-called aortic aneurysm. The bulge in a blood vessel can burst and lead to death at any time, much like a bulge in an over-inflated innertube.'

If you mean this, pl. provide little more details abot it.

Hi Lornie

Stop mag.phos now and give a SINGLE dose of conium as suggested earlier.

I am reproducibg it below.

'Mix two drops of the remedy in about 30 ml. of water thoroughly, and ask him to take it.

Make sure that there are no odors on him (perfumes etc), near him( sprays in the room etc) and in his mouth before taking the medicine.

This is called a test dose. You have to wait for two days, and report all the subtle changes you notice.'

Come back after two days and report.
