nasal problem/cholestrol levels

1)I have been suffereing from nasal blockade since my childhood, had a couple of operations for it....but no cure
Towards the back the inner lining of nose has a swelling which contracts and dilates alternately right and left.
when it contracts the nasal passage opens up and breathing through nose is possible.
The passage opens up i.e swelling contracts during physical exercise.

2)Secondly in my paternal side has been into heart problems and the cholestrol levels i.e L.D.L levels increase, when i exercise and go for a proper boiled diet these levels go down....

Is there be a constitutioanl remedy/miasmatic treatment to get rid of these two problems ?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
This is not constitutional as such, but did you ever try TEUCRIUM MARUM VERUM?

It is a good remedy. Its powder can also be applied locally.

For chlostrol take some lever remedy like Cardimus M - Q or Chelidonium - Q (10 drops )three timwes a day in some water.
