Acne on the chin

Dear Homeopaths, I seek your advice for pimples on my chin,
I do not know if it's due to something external or within.
I am 44 years old and as you’ll see below
There are other ailments I feel you should know:

- Low blood platelets (level 110,000)
- anemia count 11

1.Pimples are like a painful cyst under the skin. The pimple turns red and finally forms a pustule. Usually just one pimple at a time on the chin area.
2.Frequency: average about 1 every 10 to 14 days, lasts about 5 days.
3.Occurs at any time of the month. Menses very regular and heavy – often pass blood clots.
4.Allopathic doctor cured the acne and greasy hair with oral contraceptives, but it returned when I stopped the treatment.
5.have had acne since age of 15 in different locations on the face – forehead, upper cheek area, besides nostrils and now chin.
6.Acne worse when I eat chocolates, fried food, dried fruit, which I try to avoid.
7.Tried homeopathic treatment, but Homeopath didn’t provide the names of the medicines. It greatly improved the condition but I discontinued after 2.5 months, as I prefer to know what I am taking.
8.Sleep is normal. Height 5 feet 4 inches and weight 130 lbs. Exercise 4 days a week for 1 hour – treadmill, and light weights.
9.emotionally sensitive person, tend to be highly strung, do not like heat,
10.do not like criticism.
11.state of mind : jealousy i.e. fear of losing my husband to some one else although he loves me very much. I have happy disposition 95% of the time, humorous, like the simple things in life, no fancy / expensive taste. Religion is important. Family and friends are very important.
12.No strong desires for any food neither aversions. Prefer sweet to spicy, prefer spicy-sweet to sour.
13.No major illnesses.
14.No allergies to other medications. Have been told not to take sulphur as it can worsen the low blood platelets. Ultrasound shows all organs in abdomen area to be normal.
15.Sometimes I have a bout of uncontrollable coughing probably due to allergy to something in the air. A ventolin puff sets it right immediately.
16.Recently frequent headaches due to glare of sun and also eye strain. Taking 2 doses of Gelsimium 30 seems to help.
17.Have been trying Belladonna 200 at the first sign of a pimple – just 2 doses in one day before meals. It subdues the pimple and removes the pain, pimple forms pustule faster, but not sure if it is the right medicine for me as scars are remaining.
18.Additional info: since age of 17 I have had a clicking jaw which sometimes causes an ache on one side of face.
Please tell me what I should take for my problems. Tinctures and other liquid medicines are not available here.. just the globules.
Thanks and God bless,

Oh! Last but not least…
I have a problem with yeast
Lucorhea, Candida are names that are used
If my spellings are wrong, I hope I’m excused
My under eye circles are really dark too
I wonder which homeopathic treatment would do?.
