slow learning bay

hello,,i m new to this forum but not new to homeopathy,,i have a daughter of 1 year who is slow in learning new things,, she is a slow crawler,, very slow in making sounds ,,infact she has just started babbling a month before with very few sounds ,,i had given her calcarea carb30 for 2 weeks after that she started crawling,,should i continue with this of does she need some other remedy,,she has just 4 teeth with only tips no full grown tooth and the first one had appeared 2 months before ,,i was giving her bioplasgen no 21 for teething for almost 3 months ,,she has less appetite and eats very few things with a battle. her weight is 8.6 kg she is thin and small than other babies her age or younger than her i was told not to worry but better said than done as other babies in family younger than her are walking nad saying words,, please someone kindly advice me or email me and select the right remedy,i have a question that if by mistake we give wrong remedy in 30 potency then will the symptoms of that remedy appear or not? as remedy has supposed to be given for more than a week,, waiting for replies an anxious mother.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Baryta carb is a good medicine for this purpose

if wrong medicine is given, its symptoms will appear definetely but will disappear soon or after some antidote
