pull back of eyes,nose and chin ,also face muscles are very weak...please help

5 months ago swelling in my eyelids.i went to many
hospitals emergencies and different md doctors.but they
could not diagnose any thing. all labs test including
blood test,urine test,chest xrays,head ct scan 4 times,hormones growth test ,stool test ,sinus xrays were
normal.ent specialist,opthmologist checked eyes and found
no eye disease.psychatrist prescribed apo sertraline 50 mg
which is anti depression.i m using this for last 50 days
but no recovery in symptoms.day by day the condition is worsen,25 days ago i went for bone scan ,that report shows
bone infection in sinus.my family doctor prescribed clindamycin 300 mg antibiotic 4 tablets a day,i am taking
this medicine from last 15 days.but there is no recovery
.my nose bone is pulled back.there is tmj clicking too.my jaw is pull back too.in mouth sides are cracked.gums top are red.eye balls in my eyes are very hard.bone right below
of lower eyelids is coming out.eye socket fats have gone.my hip fats have also gone.


more over my doctor did ultra sound of liver,kidney,eye balls almost whole body that was normal too.
i feel little stiffness in neck too.i do a lot exercise
and physiotherapy of neck too.
at intial stage of disease i used alot benadryl and amoxline too.
i am 39 years old. i have 2 kids.after using alot medicine my sexual power is lot weak.
i would appreciate any help
