Leg wound with multiple infections

My sister had a leg injury (trampled by a cow) 2 months ago which caused a large hematoma and swelling on her thigh. She was taking Arnica and it was improving until she went in to have the excess fluid drained out of it. It began to get worse, resulting in the wound opening and draining constantly and smelling. Cultures were taken and she has a staph infection as well as 2 other systemic and unusual infections. What can I offer her in the way of homeopathic support for this kind of systemic attack ?

Thank you
Carolyn

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Maybe something like Hepar or Gunpowder, but taken as a liquid dose that is succussed between doses so her progress is not complicated by aggravations.
