anemia - severe - pl. help

Age: 21 years, Wt. 41Kg., Ht.5'3'
BLOOD REPORT:
Haemoglobin - 3.3
WBC - 5400
ESR - 175
RBC : Merked degree microcytic & hypochromic with aniso-poikilocytic.
*Target cell & polychromatic cell few.
*Tear drop cell present.
Neucleated RBC - 20/100 WBC
WBC: No abnormal cell seen.
PLT: adequate in number.
SYMPTOMS:
*Weakness +++
*Palpitation, visible < slight exertion
*Slight feverishness and burning of skin and eyes < evening, upto midnight
*Emaciation +++
HISTORY:
*Profuse mense for 12 days from 6th. july 2007 ( Treaed with Sec 200/1, Chin 30/3
*3 days After mense frequent urination started, 30-35 times/day lasts for 5/6 days cured by Lyc 200.
AFTER THOSE TWO ATTACK VIOLENT PROSTRATION DEVELOPED

You need immediate blood transfusion.The Hb 3.3 is too low and you are in danger zone.At this stage medicines will be of little help.

My wife is pregnant her HB level was 7.5 then it went down to 6.8.

I am giving her tissue salts:

Ferrum Phos 6x
Kali Phos 6x
Calc Phos 6x

I it the right combination any thing else is needed.
if so then ,... if not how long these tissue salt will be given to her.

She has also stiffness in her right leg too.
