anemia- severe, pl. help !

age:21, ht: 5'3', wt: 42 kg

history:
two occasion of profuse ( heavy) menses from 6th. to 12th.july and 16th. to 18th. july 2007.
(treated with sec200/1, chin30/1). after 3-4 days frequent urination (30-35 times/day).for 5-6-days ( treated with lyc200/1)
after those two attack profound prostration developed. with palpitation ( visible) < slight exertion,
feverishness with burning of skin and eyes < evening to midnight, insomnia ( night), sleepy by day.
weakness +++, perspiration +++, face and skin – pale yellowish, palm and sole- white.

blood test report: 03/08/07

hemoglobin - 3.3
total count (wbc) - 5400

e.s.r. - 175

total bilirubin – 1.2
congugated: 0.5
noncongugated: 0.7

sodium: 141
potassium: 3.9

peripheral smear:

rbc: marked degree microcytic & hypochromic with poikilocytic.
target cell & polychromatic cell few. tear drop cell present.
neucleated rbc - 20/100 wbc

wbc: no abnormal cell seen

plt: adequate in number

urine report
pus cell : 0-2/h.p.f
epithelial cell: 3-5/h.p.f
phosphate: nil
albumin: trace
suger: nil
rbc: nil
micro organism: present (+)
